GridPlex is leading the global Green revolution with innovative, patented energy and conservation products and services that increase electric system efficiency and reliability, can save billions for utilities and consumers, and will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions. 

GridPlex Networks encourage interactive community-wide participation in energy conservation programs between customers and the utility.

A GridPlex Network installed in a community of 15,000 homes and businesses, representing less than 1/10 of 1% of US utility users, can save over $1.5M annually for the local utility and its customers, with a system payback of three years or less.

GridPlex is composed of two operating business divisions:

  1. Broadband Energy, the GridPlex Technology Group, that develops the Company’s underlying automation and conservation technology, including hardware, software and services (see www.broadbandenergy.net); and

  2. GridPlex Network Services, the Network Affiliates Group, that operates the local and regional information networks that provide GridPlex services and solutions to utilities, communities and end-users (see www.gridplexnetworks.com)*. 

The unique and scalable GridPlex Network affiliatemodel is on-track to produce high-margin revenues for the Company of more than $250 million annually by 2012.
